Sleep Time

Sleep Support Service

for adults and children

About Sleep Time

Sleep Time counselling offers workshops for professionals and families. In addition, Sleep Time also offers support for parents and carers of children and young people with additional support needs. Sleep counselling is provided by a trained professional. The aim is to help parents and carers by giving them specific, tried and tested behavioural and cognitive techniques to adapt their child's night-time behaviour.
